note: non-club members are required to pay extra RM 5 for registration.

MWAC T-Shirt Competition

Hi MWACkers,

Monash Wild Adventure Club is planning to have a new official t-shirt to replace the current official T-Shirt(the black one).

The T-Shirt will be used in our upcoming activities and to promote our club to the others. 

So, all MWAC members are welcomed to design our future T-Shirt and submit the design to us.

Requirements:

1. The full club name (Monash Wild Adventure Club) must be shown on the t-shirt

2. The words on the t-shirt must be cleat and visible (choose the right colour combination)

3.Any graphics related to the MWAC are welcomed but the simpler is better

Due date : 27th April 2010 (hurry!)

The winner of the competition is entitled to have a MYSTERY GIFT from MWAC,

So, unleash your creativity in designing MWAC T-Shirt and be the winner!

Event: Skytrex Adventure Extreme Challenge

Venue: Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam Agriculture Park, Shah Alam

Date: Sunday, 28th March 2010 

Time: 8am - 5pm

Estimated cost: RM65 (RM45 Extreme Challenge + RM3 entrance fee + RM5 transport + RM12 insurance)

7.30am:    Gather at meet up point (should be near Monash)

8.00 am:   Depart to Shah Alam

9.30 am:   Arrive at park

10.00 am: Participants are free to do any of the activities available (kayaking, cycling, walks, fishing, forest       walk through suspension bridge etc)

THIS IS SUMMARY OF SKYTREX BRIEFING BY MR AMIN JAMIL.

1. Itinerary:

    10.00am - Gather in front of  University (near the Shuttle Bus station). We would be

                    carpooling from Uni to Skytrex Adventure (located in Bukit Cahaya   

                    Sri Alam, Shah Alam). 

    11.00am - Lunch

    12.00noon - Expect to reach Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam

    01.00pm - Skytrex Adventure challenge begins

    04.00pm - Journey back to University

2. Attire:

   Suitable and comfortable cloth for outdoor activity.

3. There is no food provided. Thus we would be having lunch together before we reach the 

    Skytrex venue. One hour (from 11am to 12noon) would be allocated for lunch. You could

    bring a water bottle on your own.

4. Please take note that this activity is non-refundable. If unfortunate event occurs (which 

    means it happens to be raining on the day), Skytrex Sdn. Bhd. would not return the money

    we paid. However, a replacement date would be fix and we would do the challenge on the

    replacement day.

6.00pm   -  Arrive @ Camp Site 1 (Cave)
8.00pm   -  Dinner

DAY 3 (24 April 2010 / Saturday)

10.00am -  Start trekking to the Peak
1.00pm   -  Lunch
4.00pm   -  The peak of Batu Putih is conquered!
